Occupational psychologist currently working as a career counsellor at Malmö University.

I entered this position with international and national work experience within the field of organisational psychology, especially talent management (i.e., attraction, selection and retention of employees) and leadership development. With a PhD in Organisational Health and Well-Being, I have also specialised in organisational culture and employee motivation and engagement.
