My work is grounded in a CBT approach, enriched by the tools, insights, and experiences Ive gathered along the way. Above all, I believe that real healing and growth happen through genuine human connectionand that belief is always at the heart of my work.

What I value most in my work is the opportunity to support people as they become stronger, more confident, and more empowered in their lives. Supporting others has been a guiding thread throughout my careerfrom my early work with children and families in crisis in California and Colorado, to mentoring over 1,000 group leaders across Sweden and Finland, and to my current work with students, faculty, and individuals in therapy. Each person I meet brings something unique, and I feel truly grateful to be able to do this work.

I offer therapy both in person and online, depending on what feels most supportive for you.
